The Story and Mission

Glitter Nymph is a passion project started by one woman with a dream to change our standards when it comes to how industry approaches cosmetics and the environment. I have done my research and found a lot of green washing throughout the industry. In an effort to educate and provide an affordable environmentally conscious brand, Glitter Nymph emerged from a place of pure love. The core mission is to make environmentally friendly glitter a more accessible and affordable option for all creators, in hopes to one day shift the standard. We don't have to sacrifice our love for glitter or our love for the planet- and it shouldn't break the bank! 

All orders are shipped with 100% recycled and biodegradable materials and all of our product packaging (down to the tape) is either 100% biodegradable (even is anaerobic landfill conditions) OR reusable!

7% OF ALL profits are donated to a different environmental (but not always! Social justice = Environmental justice) not-for-profit each month! Here are some causes we have in rotation: Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, The Nature Conservancy, WildEarth Guardians, WIRES Australian Wildlife Rescue, Save the Redwoods League, Sugar Roots Farm, Committee For A Better New Orleans, Louisiana Environmental Action Network, Center for Sustainable Engagement and Development, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Indigenous Environmental Network, Committee For A Better New Orleans, American Red Cross Western Wildfire Relief, and more!  With many more to come. As Glitter Nymph continues to grow so will our donations and our collective impact- this wouldn't be possible with out YOU conscious consumers!
