Directions for Use: Shake well before each use. Use 1-3 pumps in your hand and apply to your skin. Apply like lotion, or perfume on your pressure points. You can also add the oil to a spray bottle with water or add a few pumps to your bath water. 
 
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, synthetic mica, Witch Hazel (14% alcohol), and Florida Water (Alcohol Denatured, Water, Fragrances, FD&C Blue Color 1, and FD&C Yellow Color 5),  Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil, Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil.
